Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Athens Premium Catering website (athenspremiumcatering.com) or by engaging our catering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.

2. Services Description

Athens Premium Catering provides bespoke catering and event dining services for corporate events, private celebrations, cultural gatherings, and intimate dining experiences. All menus, staffing, and event execution are tailored to individual client requirements and subject to availability.

Service availability is subject to capacity, geographic location, and the nature of the event. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Descriptions, images, and menu items displayed on our website are illustrative and may vary subject to seasonal availability and ingredient supply. Final menus are confirmed in writing prior to the event.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to written confirmation by Athens Premium Catering. A booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

Deposit. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date.

Cancellation by the client:

  • 30 or more days before the event: full refund of any amounts paid beyond the deposit.
  • 14–29 days before the event: 50% refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit.
  • Fewer than 14 days before the event: no refund. The full contracted amount remains due.

Cancellation by Athens Premium Catering. In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, illness of key staff, venue inaccessibility), we will provide a full refund of all amounts paid and, where possible, assist in finding an alternative provider. We accept no further liability in such circumstances.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@athenspremiumcatering.com.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quotation, which is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

We accept payment by bank transfer, major credit and debit cards, and other methods as agreed in writing. Late payment may result in suspension of service and interest charges in accordance with applicable Greek commercial law.

Significant changes to guest numbers, menu scope, or service requirements after confirmation may result in revised pricing. Any such amendments must be agreed in writing by both parties.

5. Liability Limitations

Athens Premium Catering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business, or reputation.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a catering engagement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific engagement.

We accept no liability for matters outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, governmental restrictions, venue closures, transport failures, or supplier shortages.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the event venue complies with all applicable health, safety, and licensing requirements. Athens Premium Catering is not responsible for any venue-related compliance issues.

6. Dietary Requirements & Allergens

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements and allergen restrictions, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is entirely free from cross-contamination. Clients must disclose all dietary requirements and severe allergies in writing at least 14 days before the event.

Athens Premium Catering will not be held liable for allergic reactions where dietary requirements have not been communicated in advance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

Nothing in these terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting an updated version on this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
