A Legacy of Taste

Athens Premium Catering was founded by Chef Alexandros Petridis, whose culinary journey began in a traditional Athenian taverna under the guidance of his grandmother. What started as a deep respect for the Hellenic table evolved into a lifelong dedication to elevating Greek cuisine to its rightful place among the world's great culinary traditions.

After training at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and staging in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe, Alexandros returned to his roots — not to replicate, but to elevate. Athens Premium was born from the conviction that Greek food, with its extraordinary ingredients and centuries of wisdom, deserves the same reverence as any other haute cuisine.

Today, our team of chefs, sommeliers, and event specialists works across London, Athens, and the wider Mediterranean — delivering experiences that are at once deeply authentic and unapologetically refined.
